The majority of our group members have asked that we eliminate the online training webinars and instead upgrade and expand the self-paced training and self-certification resources. So that's what we've done.
Self-certification allows members to complete the training modules and submit the requied training certification at their own pace. Please note that the training certification is not valid until it is received by ECM Services.
We've expanded the self-certification resources to include two options as follows:
Option A Interactive training modules [Power Point presentations]. Very user friendly..all you have to do is to follow the screen prompts. However, to use these interactive modules you will need to have MS Power Point loaded on your system or download a free copy of the MS PowerPoint Viewer.
To access the interactive modules, select the module you want to view from the list below. An option box will pop up. Select the "open" option. If the module does not open as a presentation, all you need to do is to select "Slide Show" tab [few button right of the Home tab] and then start the presentation "From the Beginning". To end the slide show, press your "Esc" button on your keyboard.
Option B Slide show presentations. Still user friendly, but without some of the bells and whistles of the interactive training modules. All you need to view these modules is Adobe Acrobat which is also a free download. Here all you will need to do is make your selection from the list below and then you should be ready to go.
