The ECM Services approach begins with a thorough analysis of the client's operations to identify the specific environmental, health and safety regulations that are relevant to that organization. This approach ensures that our clients are getting support services that are specific to their unique needs. We do not rebuild systems that are already in place and working, nor do we design systems that are not applicable or relevant.
What this means that our clients are in control of their compliance costs.
The second key to our strategy is that we focus on a proactive, rather than reactive, approach to EHS compliance management. The programs we design effectively manage the risk of non-compliance in an assertive and defensible manner.
This proactive approach also helps companies control and minimize their exposure to noncompliance fall-out. Noncompliance fall-out include such issues as operational interruptions, penalties, fines, criminal or civil legal action and adverse public relations.
