RMP COMPLIANCE TOOLBOX
When it came to RMP compliance, an organization historically only had two realistic options;
•Out source the RMP development, review, update and submittal tasks to RMP consultants.
•Use in-house personnel to execute all RMP development, review, update and submittal tasks.
Each option has obvious benefits as well as obvious drawbacks.
For most organizations that are required to comply with USEPA RMP requirements, neither of these options provided the optimal compliance resource.
