The Product/Service Detail field is where you will provide your choice of program and service options such as program type and payment option selections.
The payment must equal the published fees for the product or service you are ordering before the order will be accepted.

Only one product or service can be ordered per order form. However, you can submit a single payment for multiple orders. PLEASE NOTE IN THE "ADDITIONAL INFO" FIELD IF YOU WILL BE PAYING FOR MULTIPLE ORDERS WITH A SINGLE PAYMENT.

NOTE: A $50 charge will be levied for any check returned by the sender's bank as unpaid for any reason. If you opt to pay by check, you are acknowledging and accepting this condition.
Once the full payment has been received, you will receive an email confirming receipt of both your order and initial payment as well as a product or service detail summary.
Online orders pending payment will be held for 5 working days. After that time the order maybe cancelled.
